Dr. Ines Hartmann

Dr. Ines Hartmann works as a project manager at the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen (FIM-HSG). At the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion of the FIM-HSG, she is largely responsible for the St.Gallen Diversity Benchmarking. She has also worked as a senior consultant for Sander & Sander GmbH (St.Gallen) since 2008, where she leads various projects on inclusive leadership and diversity management. She teaches at several universities and other schools on the topics of diversity & inclusion and strategic management and publishes on topics such as diversity management and inclusive organisational culture.
