Les entre-prises concern\u00e9es ont d\u00fb effectuer la premi\u00e8re analyse d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale avant fin juin 2021. Les employ\u00e9-e-s et les actionnaires doivent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s du r\u00e9sultat de cette analyse avant fin juin 2023 au plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ccdi-unisg.ch\/fr\/\">Le Centre de Comp\u00e9tence de la Diversit\u00e9 et de l'Inclusion <\/a>(CCDI) de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall a proc\u00e9d\u00e9, pour le compte de l\u2019Union patronale suisse (UPS), \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des entreprises employant 100 personnes et plus en Suisse. Les entreprises y ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode qu\u2019elles ont mis en oeuvre pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale et les r\u00e9sultats qu\u2019elles ont ainsi obtenus. La collection de donn\u00e9es rassemble les r\u00e9ponses d\u2019entreprises qui ont effectu\u00e9 l\u2019analyse d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale avec l\u2019instrument d'autocontr\u00f4le mis au point par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration (Logib) et d\u2019entreprises qui ont appliqu\u00e9 d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes.
