Nora Keller PhD

Nora Keller, PhD works as a project manager and postdoctoral researcher at the Competence Centre Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) of the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen (FIM-HSG). At the CCDI she is significantly responsible for qualitative research methods and projects. Nora Keller received her PhD in Political Science from Columbia University, where she also completed her Master’s degree. In her doctoral thesis, she used concepts and theories from business literature to study organisational development processes and strategic innovation in rebel groups during civil wars.

Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander

Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander is titular professor of business administration with a special focus on diversity management, director of the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, and co-director of the Research Institute for International Management. She researches diversity and inclusion issues from the perspectives of strategy, leadership and corporate culture, leads the national diversity benchmarking and is an academic expert in various international and national committees.
