Dr. Sophie Schepp (English)

Sophie Schepp conducted research at the CCDI on employee proactivity, particularly job crafting and sustainable work ability. She presented her research at international conferences and published it in specialist journals. As a project manager, she led several practical projects on sustainable remote and hybrid work, evaluated hybrid work strategies, conducted leadership workshops on digital and inclusive collaboration, and developed coaching-based e-learning on job crafting. She successfully completed her doctorate at the University of St. Gallen in early 2026.
