Nicole Niedermann

In 2019, Nicole Niedermann joined the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion as Senior Project Manager, focusing on business consulting, diversity benchmarking and qualitative D&I analysis. She worked for 10 years in the financial services sector, seven of which she held a global Diversity & Inclusion role. Nicole has led programmes in gender diversity, flex work and leadership and talent development and is a co-founder of corporate D&I networks and Advance- Gender Equality in Business.
