Dr. Patricia Widmer

Dr. Patricia Widmer studied business administration at the University of Zurich, specialising in banking and finance. She worked for several years in private banking at a major Swiss bank. Since October 2014, she has been working for the University of St.Gallen, where she built up the English version of the certificate programme “Women Back to Business” as well as the “Women’s Leadership Programme” and is now Programme Director for Open Enrolment and Diversity. Patricia also teaches, moderates panel discussions and gives presentations on Diversity & Inclusion and Unconscious Bias for the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion.
