In letzter Zeit wurde in den sozialen Medien vermehrt über die Menstruation oder die Menopause diskutiert und was die Arbeitgeber tun sollten, um Frauen entgegenzukommen. Forschungsprojekte werden dazu lanciert, Verbände von ihren Boards aufgefordert, das Thema auf die Agenda zu setzen. Aber was und wer genau profitiert davon, wenn wir - wieder einmal - Frauen auf ihre Biologie fixieren?
