Women sometimes get in their own way with their self-doubt when it comes to taking up positions of responsibility in companies. But that is not the only reason why there are still fewer women than men in positions of responsibility. Organisations can also do a lot to increase the number of women with the right talent management. Women make good leaders. There are enough good women, and they are good enough.
