Deficient talent management

This article is also available in German.

The lament of companies and management is almost as old as many companies themselves: There is not enough qualified and diverse talent in the labour market. The Gender Intelligence Report by Advance and the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St.Gallen comes to a different conclusion: companies often already have the talent they need in-house; they just don't make enough of it. Why this is so and how it can be changed can be read in this interview with Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander and Alkistis Petropaki.
